ORDER TRACKING AND DELIVERY :

The home stretch, your order is on its way 🚀 you can track it at any time from ‘my account’ then ‘my orders’! Or, when you place your order, you'll receive an email with the tracking link directly. Now all you have to do is wait. 😜

Blimey, big week, you didn't have time to pick up your parcel from your delivery point and it's come back to us 🙁 In this case, as soon as we receive it, we'll contact you to let you know and offer you to pay the new postage costs so that we can reship your order! Being a small company, it is complicated for us to offer this service. If this is not convenient for you, we will refund your order. 😊

If your parcel appears to be lost or stolen, please contact our after-sales service by email at: sav@marushka.fr 💌 Our team will contact the carrier and initiate the necessary procedures.

We're sorry if the item doesn't suit you, it happens sometimes, whether it's a problem of size or any other reason 🤷‍♀️ but there's always a solution!

Upon receipt, we will issue a refund within 72 hours or an exchange. Please note your name inside your parcel and your choice (refund or exchange).
📦 As we are a small company, it is difficult for us to cover the cost of returns. You will therefore be asked to pay the new delivery costs or to create your own label either via Mondial Relay or the Post Office.

You have 14 days to return your parcel, from receipt of your order or when your parcel is made available to you.

You will be reimbursed within 72 hours of receiving and checking your parcel.

SIZE AND MAINTENANCE :

Not sure of your size? No stress, you'll find a size guide for each item in the product photo carousel. 😋

Folk slippers fit perfectly, so take your usual size 😉 If you're between two sizes, go one size down. For example: if you normally wear a size 38.5, order a size 38. 

You've really fallen for our leather and wool treats, but you're unsure about the size 🤔 Take your usual size! But if you're between sizes, we recommend ordering a size down. Example: if you usually wear a size 38.5, order a size 38. The leather sole is stiff, but in a few days it will soften and the Babkas will take on the shape of your feet. The Babkas may look loose at the back, but thanks to the softening of the sole, they'll fit much better. It's magic!

You can put the babkas in the washing machine on a wool programme if they really need washing, but the fur won't be as soft and fluffy. Otherwise, clean the soles with soap and a sponge.

Don't wash wool too often, as it's 100% natural and doesn't like water. Let it air out and perfume it. If you wish to wash it, use a wool or delicate linen programme with a special wool detergent.

🌸 Hand wash in cold water. 🌸 Use a special knitwear detergent if you have. Dose sparingly, without fabric softener. 🌸 Do not rub vigorously. 🌸 Do not leave to soak for more than 10 minutes. 🌸 When spin-drying, it is important to simply squeeze or roll it gently in a towel. 🌸 The golden rule is to dry your woollen scarf flat so as not to stretch it. For example, on a bath towel, which will absorb its moisture. 🌸 Can be ironed, but very gently, on a wool programme. 🌸 Keep it unravelled and flat to avoid creasing.

Hoover: Vacuum regularly to remove dust and debris. Use a brushless nozzle to avoid damaging the fibres. Stain removal: If you find a stain, act quickly. Dab the stain with a clean, damp cloth, then dry immediately with another dry cloth. Avoid rubbing, as this can push the stain deeper into the fibres. Avoid moisture: Jute is sensitive to moisture, which can cause mould and odours. Avoid placing your jute carpet in damp areas or areas exposed to liquid. If the carpet becomes damp, dry it quickly.
